Ringing in the new year, I'm sure a lot of you have set New Year's Resolutions. For many of you, that may include going to the gym more frequently. For the past two years, I've had a lot more time to focus on my fitness goals now that I've been working from home. I try to work out daily, but I have to admit, just like any other person I sometimes lack the motivation every once in a while. Which is totally okay! Definitely need my own foam roller! Don't wanna be using the communal ones at the gym...
